Rahul, with all due respect...

we did not raise a ticket that's true but, we do have had the support via team viewer with one of your team into our server over two days and more than 8 hours sessions - no Solutions could be found, what a ticket could do better?

Could you please tell me where to look at (logs) when updating the MySQL server from the Webuzo Panel?

The only error given is "Array ()"
