I have a custom script I want to mass-deploy with an RPM, is there a hook/API I can use to perform the WHM portion of the "Adding Custom Scripts" procedure in the wiki?

Hi,

You just need to replicate the cscripts.php across your servers. Path :
/path/to/softaculous/enduser/cscripts.php
