We have fixed the bug in 2.2 and it will be released soon. It will happen only when there are new updates for scripts and there have been updates everyday for the past 3-4 days. 2.2 will be out soon and will fix this email bug. Softaculous is working fine and this is a EMAIL bug related to CRON Auto UPDATES of scripts only. Yes it now corrected. After upgrading to 2.2 you wont recieve it again.
