Topic : Remote Install: Unable to fetch path from the data received

Good Evening,

Can I get some help please. when I tried to do a remote install of an App. everything else seems to work but when I get to the Data Directory, I get "Unable to fetch path from the data received".

Can you help please?

Are you facing this error while adding a domain or installing a script ?

Hi Brijesh,

Apologies for the delay, when I got the email I couldnt find this thread.

I'm getting the error when trying to add the domain.

Can you help?
