It would be good if we could throttle ports for certain VM's, or throttle by default and then lift this on request. It's common for VPS providers to throttle outgoing SMTP to prevent email spamming and then lift this on verification (e.g. https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/ec2-port-25-throttle/). It would be nice to have this as part of the Virtualizor GUI and management in future.
