When asked how to add a row, you suggested to use the Service Zone widget. However, what if I want to add A title, an image gallery, a google map and a page list in the same row ? (example, but I'm sure we will get customers asking how to do something like this).

Hi,

You can definitely add multiple widgets in the same row.

You can drag the new widget in the existing row at the end of the row or between existing columns and it will add a new column within the same row. If you hold the widget before dropping it you will see "Column" with blue background. Drop it there and it will add a new column within the row.

If you drag the new widget above the existing row it will display "Row" with blue background and if you drop there it will add a new Row.

If you drag the new widget above a column inside an existing row it will display "Inner Row" which will add a new Row within the column.

Do let us know if you have any questions.

What I meant was the ability to create a row inside a column. Some themes already have rows inside columns but others don’t. For example I wanted to add rows inside columns to build a footer with multiple columns each containing multiple widgets.

Hi,

It is possible. If you could open a support ticket with us with some screenshot how exactly you need it we can give you the steps to create the same :

I’m not looking for a specific way to do this but an obvious and easy way that doesn’t envolée customers contacting us to find out how to do it.

1) drop any widget to create a new line.
2) drop a second widget over the first widget to create a new column
3) drop a third widget below the second widget in the same column

So you would have, one line, 2 columns, 1 widget in the first column, 2 widgets in the second column.

I was not able to find an obvious way to do this, that’s why I suggested adding a new widget, but it might also be possible to make it possible to allow the 3rd widget to be placed without creating a new line or column when holding it below the second widget ?

Hi,

Thank you for the details.

I understand it now.

We have made a note of this and will try to add this soon.
