Accessing AMPPS on Macbook from ipad, Trying to access local websites using iPad/iPhone (13 Replies, Read 6584 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 9 Status:	Hi, I'm running AMPPS on Mountain Lion very happily. Thanks for a great product.. I'm now wondering if I could somehow make my development websites available to my iPad/iPhone. I didn't see anything in the forums yet about this, and I'd love any pointers as to how to get there in the best way. I'd be fine running a DNS server on my MacBook and having it as the first choice in my router if I have too. Open to all suggestions. Thanks

By the way, I have a weird problem with the WP script since this afternoon. Group: Member Post Group: Super Member Posts: 1121 Status:	Hi, Sorry for the confusion. What you are seeing is right. AMPPS Binary latest version is 1.9 and Softaculous AMPPS latest version is 2.1. Softaculous AMPPS is an auto-installer in AMPPS and not the actual Binary. Softaculous AMPPS is updated by cron or you can manually update from Admin Panel i.e http://localhost/ampps-admin This link might clear some of your doubts.
