Topic : New whmcs module, unable to create VPS

Posted By: aldemaroc on November 12, 2015, 6:57 pm
I just update my virtualizor to 2.8.1 and the whmcs module to v2, but now I cant create VPSs using whmcs.

The error says that there are insufficient IPs on the server, but I have lots of ips.

Any fix?

I've reinstalled virtualizor and the correct whmcs module. I created a VPS using whmcs but I cannot create other.

The error: "Could not load the server data. Curl Error: Could not resolve host:"

Any ideias on how to solve it?

PS: I've reinstalled the last stable version (1.7.9), along with the WHMCS v1 module.

Can you please recheck if the server details entered in WHMCS are correct ?

If yes then please open a support ticket so that we can check and fix the issue.

Thanks for the reply. I added the server again and now everything is working. Thanks again.

If anyone is facing this problem with no IPs left on the server when you actually have, its becuse within the new whmcs module you should create an IP group. This way it'll work as it should.

Hi,

If the vps is created via WHMCS then ips need to be in ip pool.
Else it will give ' There are insufficient IPs on the server ' error.
