Hi Folks, I've got a message saying my license is expired / inactive. just did the paypal payment, and everything went fine. but it keeps telling me the license is inactive. On the softaculous website it says it's renewed. What to stop/start for renewing the license on Directadmin?

Hi,

Please run the following CRON command to refresh the license:
Root> /usr/local/bin/php -d open_basedir=/ -d safe_mode=0 -d disable_functions="" /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/cron.php

how about for cpanel? i try refresh but still like this
Your license ....................... is not active or it has
expired. If your license has expired, please renew it to continue using
this Software.

Hi,

For cPanel the command is :
Root> /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php

Same situation with me, I refreshed the cron via ssh (cpanel) but still the same  :squi:
