Hi twhiting9275,
Thank you for opening the support ticket, I was able to access your server and come to the root cause of the issue. The issue was with the .htaccess included in the Open Source Social Network root directory. It has a variable : SetEnv HTTP_MOD_REWRITE 1 which is not supported on your server hence when we access the domain having such file it returns a Internal Server error causing the installer to fail. We have made some changes to our installer to rename the .htaccess to allow the installer to run and then revert the .htaccess file. We will be releasing the updated package tomorrow. Since the SetEnv variable does not work on your server you will have to change the following line in the .htaccess file in the root of your installation : SetEnv HTTP_MOD_REWRITE 1 to #SetEnv HTTP_MOD_REWRITE 1 ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |
