Topic : Losing form data

I'm using Pagelayer/PopularFX, the Conceptial theme.

The contact form built into the theme has Name, Email, Subject, Message fields.

However, the email I receive when someone completes the form only includes the message field. I can't seem to find the settings for this form to fix it. Any advice?

I was able to fix this by going into Contact Form Settings, and for each field I just changed the "Input Field Name" and suddenly the form data appears in my emails.

Hello! I'm having the same problem, and I also changed the "Input Field Name" as you suggested, but I'm still not getting the data. Can I ask what you changed the Field Name to? And did you add that name anywhere else?

@FraGar, Was your issue solved. I had the same thing and I just managed to solve it . As @Edwalzak mentioned, it has to do with the "Input field name" field. Below each element in the contact form, eg Name. Click the element on the Pagelayer contact form and a drop drown list will show. Change Input field from the default "Fieldname" to something unique like Name. Do this for all your elements in the contact form then save your changes. You should now be able to get all the details in the email.

@RadStudio, the submitted data is directly sent to the email address you specify when configuring the contact form.
