I am looking for a cost effective solution for a webuzo based server migration.

I am looking to transfer a handful of WP blogs over to a new server.

I would create a clean  / fresh Ubuntu 18.04 server.

I would require initial server config (DNS and DNS input required for CloudFlare DNS).
As well as the Usual LEMP stack and mail /  exim etc.

I am looking to have it set up with Nginx So I can run multiple php apps from with in the domains directory, making wordpress permalinks play nice with a nextcloud installation from with int he same directory and or a sub domain.

I have issues with the phpmyadmin MiraiDB export and import (time outs, corrupted imports etc)
Even with tech support I have never gotten mail server and DNS right.

I have tried over the last 6 years to get tech support from webuzo ticket system. It tales days to get a response and multiple replies to make the it clear what the issue is.  I have some websites that are in production not development and I cannot wait 3-4 days for a request for more information while the sites are down...

I did a google search and there are little results for third party webuzo adepts.

Is there anyone around here that could help with this server migration. I have small humble budget which is why I have been using webuzo over that last 6 years...

Thanks for the leads  help. PM me is you think you can help and lets talk.

So I guess one goes to fivver, frelancer etc for migration support (server to server with webuzo) ?

Is the webuzo user community so small  exclusive that this is not a place to find third party support.

Can any one refer to me where a freelancer can be found. Does any webuzo employees  / tech support offer tech support more comprehensive than the ticket system? Even with a current license it seems that I cannot get timely support.

Can someone perhaps reply with a forum where I could go to seek such support?

Thanks,

Thanks. I made this post on February 19...

I did open a ticket. Support took days to get back to me.
The issue was never resolved.

I have used webuzo for 5 1/2 years i rarely opened a ticket.

When it came time to get timely, critical, useful help from support I could not.

I have migrated to CWP CentOS Web Control Panel.

Obviously I think Webuzo is a great control panel, it was rock solid, fast, and secure for me on a few machines for over half a decade, (although it was prone to stopping as a service often). What lacked was support. Even here, in the community... Crickets!

I am reluctant to keep growing with Webuzo for myself. I would have no problem suggesting it to clients in the future and installing it for them.

So I am saying goodbye to my old network and webuzo, as a matter of fact I have moved over to CentOS saying goodbye to Ubuntu as well. You have ultimately made me a better Linux systems administrator,

Thanks Softaculous  / Webuzo for over half a decade of business together.

Hi Sir,

Extremely sorry for the inconvenience.
We had replied to your tickets and we had checked that your old server was having low disk space due to which we had failed to migrate your data to another server.
