I want to create an enquiry form where the clients could enquire regarding certain products and services by choosing the picture associated with the item and then the chosen item name would be emailed to me as part of contact form. It`s like the radio item, but using a certain photo and not the radio buttons.I couldn`t find anything in the contact form configurations that allows me to choose a picture not the radio button.
I`ve attached of what it would look like , so any help would be great .
