i have installed the patch files as suggested.
but it does not work.
am on a dedicated software. could that be the reason?

pls assist asap.

My service provider doesn't want to install the patch on my hosting. They replied:
I inform you that the system operators will implement the security patch as soon as it is officially released by Softaculous, through the automatic update of the tool.
Therefore, when it will be released?

The new version is already under testing phase.

It will be released in the next week.

Sorry for the delay in releasing the fix.

Some issues were reported in testing hence there is a delay in the release. It should be released in the next week.

Hi,

We will review if the new version is going to take more time or if any new issues comes up in testing we will release the patch otherwise we should be able to directly release the new version.
