Topic : 550 relay not permitted

hello, i have a problem, i have a VPS in Vultr New Jersey CPU:1 vCore
RAM:768 MB CentOS 6 x64
and not can send emails, always look the image, i send 2 blog but nothing not working

Did you manually tweak the configs?

Could you re-install Dovecot for once on your server from the Webuzo Control Panel.

Let us know your findings

sorry for the delay in reply but this forum never send me an email when private message is sent to me so... I see your private message only now, on a new log-in on the forum.

Seems you are trying to send an email using Squirellmail. I suggest to try to install roundcube or webmail lite

If your issue is present also if you configure an email client than maybe you can have issue in your DNS. Are you using Webuzo DNS or are you using external DNS?

If you are able to send an email from web mail lite or email clients you can try to visit this website: https://www.mail-tester.com/ than send an email from your address to the test email showed so you can see the score and issues of your email. You have only 3 test free at days.

Hope this reply helps.
Check also to have opened port for outgoing email, maybe is not open. If you use port 25 or 465 for outgoing email check that is opened.
