Topic : Cannot Publish - FTP Error

I have already opened a case and no one seems to have an answer. I keep getting bounced between support desks and this is going on since I purchased SitePad 4 days ago. All I want to do is to be able to publish the websites I have created in SitePad, that is it.

I get an error saying to check the FTP credentials. What am I checking against?? All of the FTP settings were automatically created when I added the domains to CPanel. Not a single one will work - not 1. I've already had NameCheap whitelist the IP address. I cannot get anyone to give me real answers. Please HELP!
