As per your support ticket you have installed many a services like php,mysql,apache etc from the command line using yum, which is strictly not recommended as it conflicts with the Webuzo's compiled binaries.
http://www.webuzo.com/wiki/System_Requirements Also you have heavily tampered the configurations inviting the trouble to your self. We are working on your server and shall have it resolved ASAP.
