The original zip file of GLPI includes the .htaccess file in their package hence when Softaculous unzips that package it overwrites the file.

If you upgrade manually you will still need to re-apply the changes.

The template feature is based on backups feature hence some variable names are common since it uses same code (some parts) to render the page.

If you would like to track changes with the variable key you can do that for separate files. Since this is a new file you can simply translate it fully and replace it.

It might be due to DNS configuration.
Can you make sure your domain A record is pointed to the webuzo server IP.

This Alma Linux is installed on my physical PC, Windows 2022, connected to a router with lan ip 192.168.0.100 gate way 192.168.0.1 and ip "internet" because it would be a subnet, the network 192.168.1.200 with gateway 192.168.1.1 ( the mother of CLARO INTERNET WITH 300 mbps and WAN ip 181.168.242.8. I hope my query is understood; I cannot provide internet to my vps, can someone give me 3 weeks ago?
