Hello,

I have 2 VPS
email problem with phpmailer formmail php with SMTP authentication

in the first VPS everything is ok
- emails arrive NOT spam, everything is OK

in the second VPS
if I do SMTP authentication nothing comes
if I DO NOT do SMTP authentication arrives email in SPAM folder

identical scripts in 2 VPS
IP no spam (already verified)

to authenticate SMTP I use an OVH.com server email
then external email

one difference found:

in the VPS that works between the security details I find
coming from email from OVH.com

in the VPS that does not work I find
coming from the main domain of the VPS with webuzo

what to do ?

Hi, I am not sure this is a Webuzo issue.

What is your spam score?
Are listed in any blacklist? Are you missing records?

I think

it's not a spam problem

because I refer to an email from OVH.com
external to authenticate SMTP

on a VPS with webuzo everything works

on another VPS with webuzo I have problems listed

Well, use mail tester and see if you are able to find errors.
Be careful, if you share link of results here your test email will be visible so maybe do not paste results link here.

the VPS that gives problems
before it was configured with another main domain
that now no longer exists

if I try to go to consult a box created via webuzo
... a new box ...
he does not let me in
and give me the following error

puntotaxi.it is the old domain used as principal that now no longer exists

I think there is some problem there but I do not know how to do ...

do I have to delete the whole VPS and start with a new webuzo installation ??

in the VPS everything is OK reading the authentication security data

coming from: correct OVH.com email

in the VPS that does NOT work
making the email arrive between the spam (removed SMTP)
I find
coming from: domain hosted on VPS as master
... instead of finding from OVH.com email ... correct
