Good Morning
I wanted to reach out to find out on how to do something that should be easy in my eyes.  But I cant seem to get it to work or know how to get it done.

I am building a vendor friend list and looking to [ass over recommendations to my vendor friends.  I want to have it that websites and emails can be linked right to there email and to the website.

Do we have any widgets that allow this to happen.  I have used the rich text and try to add a link but its not wanting to link things correctly and only really for web addresses.

See pdf of a example of what I want to have done.

Any assistance is great
Thank you

Perhaps you can tell use what you want to do. What do you mean with:

With the HTML language you can use a link to open the local email client. If no local email client is installed, this will not work. As you have already noticed, the email widget does not support attachments.
If you just briefly write out what goal you have in mind, we may be able to give you a possible mean(s) which maybe can help you with a different option than you have tried by yourself.

Thank you.  I did mention in my message my goal to do.

I am building a vendor friend list and looking to pass over
recommendations to my vendor friends.  I want to have it that websites
and emails can be linked right to there email and to the website.

My goal is to have something that looks like this
Tel:          - 1-000-000-0000Email      - fake@fakeemail.comWebsite  - www.fakeemail.com

I want to have a word and then it will be linked the spot I want it to go.

Hope that lets you see what I mean

Also noticing a lot of my links when putting them in the spot for custom URLs are not wanting to take me to the right web link I put in.

The image of what I was was trying to say with Tel Email and Website are all on new lines.

Also unsure why all my custom URLs will not click to the correct url that I entered into the link spot.  (im using the link spot in the widgets that are built into many of them) It always wants to add my web-link before the custome url.

All my webpage links work good when Im redirecting them

In theory, everything can be built with software. <br/>However, I get the impression that you want to build some kind of Customer Relation Module (CRM). SitePad positions itself as a package to display static web pages. That means that you have to put and update all your relations hard coded in a table on a web page. That would be more convenient to maintain in a database. A lot is possible, but for me it is still unclear whether and how I can use a database to store information and display it on a web page. It cannot (yet) provide Ecommerce functionality.

Microdrie Thank you again for your help.  However Im not sure how you would think Im looking to do a CRM.  Not at all will I be doing this.  All I want to do is have a webpage that directs clients to a different page.  Here is a link of what I am trying to do.

https://dev.djmastermix.ca/about/friends/preferred/cravings/
As you can see that I have a spot for Tel, Email and Web.  I want to be able to have it where it says Email and web that it directs it to there email or website.  That is all.

Im also confused why when I put a custom URL into the spot I need to it wants to take me to a different page that is not found.  This is the page that it wants to sent me to

Hopefully me including these links help you see what I am trying to do.

I had some trouble to understand your "spot"  :D Stupid of me, but now I understand your problem and more importantly, I think here is the solution:

Lets make a responsive two columns solution:
  1. Add a row
  2. Add the column widget into this row
  3. change the left column width to 4
  4. Change the right column wodth to 8 (the total of the width from step 3 + step 4 must always 12), if needed take left width 3, right width 9)
  5. Add in right column the Email Widget
  6. Swith Email Link on in email widget
  7. Check if for correct email address, if not update it as described in the widget!
  8. Update your page to save it
  9. Test your page email option to see if it works
Now to enter a link we simply are lazy so:
  1. Hold the mouse over the top row with the two columns. Three icons are pop-up
  2. Right click one of the three icons
  3. Left click the option duplicate, a copy of the first row is added as second row
  4. Move the mouse pointer to rigth side of the second email widget on the second row.
  5. Left click the trash icon to delete the email widget.
  6. Add the Rich Text widget to the right column at the second row.
  7. Left click on the </> icon in the Rich Text widget. The text area shows <p>Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet</p>
  8. Left click somewere on the text area of the Rich Text widget
  9. Press Ctrl + A to select all text
  10. Hit the del key to delete all text
  11. Type or copy the text: <p><a href="https://cravingsfinefood.ca/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">www.cravingsfinefood.ca</a>.</p>
  12. Click on the Update key to save your work
Previous steps opens the web site in a new Tab of the browser.

What's goes wrong: If you type a single dash like href="https:/www.cravingsfinefood.ca   sitepad think that you want to go to a sub-domain of your web site https://dev.djmastermix.ca/www.cravingsfinefood.ca/.
After this exercise, the neat layout of the mail and web site links is "a pace of cake".

Let us know of it solve your problems.

Thank you on the help for help and Im happy that you understand what I was trying to do.  I was able to do what you have mentioned with the websites no problem.  Now I just have to go back and edit many pages to get it to each vendor.

Now the email widget you mentioned works great and I can change the settings but that email widget is for my business email address.  Not the business I am trying to recommend to clients.

Do you understand what I mean about the email.

I understand what you mean about the email widget. Sitepad has the posibility to start "simple" and also go in the deep.

I look to it in the past and I have the impression that the email client communication is based on a php script between the email widget and the Sitepad software.
Sadly your out of luck, I cannot help you to change the standard behaivior of the email widget.
However I foresee an other posibility that maybe could work for you depending on what you want. I must point to the fact that using the standard widget is relatively simple, addressing an other email address isn't a simple solution.

Can you write what you want to do with an email?

Thanks for explaining.  Honestly Im not too worried about the email link.  It would be nice if I had it but not a major thing.  They can be directed to the website and that is key and they can get info they need.

Again I appreciate all your help

Please note there is a way to send email to another destination using a locally installed email client. In addition, it is more susceptible to abuse because you cannot use a chapta. That works with the  command below:

<a href=“mailto:toaddress@email.com?subject=Purpose is Inquiry” target=“_top”>

I suggest you try T-CRM from Technix. You can configure email in the CRM, the dashboard gives a good visual representation of performance. You can merge duplicates, contacts and client. Each user has their own set of contacts and clients that they can share but aren't automatically shared. It's got a good Sales funnel, Payment details for clients, Document upload and storage option. You can choose to purchase more credits if you some more features. ????
