Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Elite Member Posts: 467 Status:	Hi, You might not be able to send or receive emails because the hostname of your server set by you is not proper. The hostname of the server should be your primary domain which points to the server IP. Please follow the following steps on your server to resolve this issue: 1. Set the hostname of your server to your primary domain (which should point to your Webuzo server IP) using command line. For Eg: to set webuzo.com as your hostname use command: Code hostname webuzo.com 2. Now you will have to check if your hosts file points your IP to your domain. If not than you will have to make your IP point to the domain. You can check the below guide for the same: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/modify-manage-hosts-file-linux/ 3. If you are not facing this issue on the primary domain of your server, than please check all the other domains are listed in the /etc/localdomains file. 4. After completing all the above steps, re-install Exim and Dovecot on your server and the issue should resolve. Please let us know if you still face the issue, we will be happy to help you.
