Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	I've just purchased my domain through HostGator and am trying to install wordpress through Softaculous. When I try to install, it tells me that an installation already exists at my website. To reinstall the application, please uninstall the existing installation. I have not installed anything onto this website yet - it's brand new. I did a scan and there is nothing there. What am I missing? Thanks!

Can you please to to the All Installations page in Softaculous to check if you find any installations there ? Please check if you have an installation on any other domain which in the cPanel account.
