Softaculous

Topic : Specified FTP Path does not exist

Please can anyone specify which server these ftp directory refers to, is it the server which host Softaculous or the server that host customer websites detail, which in my case a Server where ISPCONFIG 3 is Install which host ftp, web, detail for domain i try to add to Softaculous.
Please can someone help me.

Hi,

Are you trying to install Softaculous on ISPConfig3 Panel ?
https://www.softaculous.com/docs/Installing_Softaculous_in_ISPConfig

Or you are trying to install a script via remote.softaculous.com (FTP) ?
Can you PM me the FTP details, we will try to add it.
