I'm trying to (re)install the latest version v3.9 on Win10 - latest (regular) updates.
The installer says that I need to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributalbe (x64) - 14.10.25017.
I try this, and it instantly fails with "Another version of this product is installed"
There is no vc++ of this year installed. See attached image
