The Webuzo Team has released version 4.0.1 which includes a bug fix.

1) [Bug-Fix] If MYSQL was reinstalled the default MYSQL users were not created causing issues in creating database. This is fixed.

We have released 4.0.0 In stable recently which has some features, improvements, bug fixes.
