Softaculous

Topic : Could not open the Configuration File configuration.php

Hi, im trying to install Joomla 3.2.3 or 2.5.19 with Softaculous withouth success. The message appears after a view seconds of installaion.
i tried and 2 different domains; www.webschmiede.ch and www.rea-swiss-zip.ch. I have a reseller account at Host Papa, im working with Cpanel. I Was logged in with reseller account and with user account.

any one had same Problem?

Hi,

It seems the Joomla package is not downloaded properly on your server.

Please ask your host to excute the following commands on your server :
Root> rm -rf /var/softaculous/joomla*

Root> /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php
