Topic : 8 core 16 threads

I have a server with 8 cores HT so 16 threads, how do I let the system or a user use the 16 threads?

In the settings you have to list the cores but there is no way to set the amount of threads, or would I put the threads in there?

Example
Edit Virtual server
CPU Cores
Recommended Value : 4

I have 8 so if I put 8 in there then create a plan I would have to put 8 in that plan.

Now I create a user and they install cPanel/WHM it shows as 8 when it could be 16.

I hope I explained this properly

HT is handled by the processor, you don't do anything.

No the questions about getting the user to be able to use the HT but I already found out you just give the total number to the user and it will use them
