Topic : VPS vnc not authorized, OS not loaded!

Posted By: moka on August 24, 2015, 5:05 am
I am using a Windows 2008 r2 template (made myself) for two nodes. I used the template multiple time without any problem.

Today a customer ordered a vps with this template as OS and received the service details.

He tried to connect, no success. I tried to check via the main panel and the vnc showed " Not Authorized" message!

I asked the live support (which is really live and fast in case of urgent situation) and this is what he said:

If this is not a bug, can you please explain how should I avoid such issue later?  :??:

Hi,

You should not face this issue in future.
But if you face this issue then you can check if the vnc port is being listened or not by checking in ssh of the main node.
Else it may require power off and power on of vps to make vnc work.

My WHMCS created a new vps for a customer but he said it is not connecting. I check it via VNC, and yes, the same error:

Was the VPS created and started successfully ?
Are you able to access VNC on WHMCS for other VPSs ?

You mean the VPS is not working ?
Also are you able to access VNC from vritualizor ?
Can you please open a support ticket to check and fix the issue.
