our company hosts over 100 domains and most of the headaches are caused by webuzo. how do you sell software and not support it?

it's 11am Pst here. i have not slept trying to fix webuzo's problem. not 1 person has contacted me. this is a recurring problem!!!

i have sites failing because php is slow yet i've made changes to 5 php.ini and nothing on server has changed. default php is 5.5 yet it shows 5.4
