Topic : I can't add my domain on softaculous remote

I am really sorry wasting your useful time. While I try to add my site on softaculous remote, it says, "The FTP path you entered is incorrect and does not point to the given domain". But everything is fine. For this reason, I can't install a single script. Please add it manually for me. Here's the information of cpanel powered web hosting account:
domain: c6r5.fulba.com
ftp ip: 93.188.160.107
port: 21
username: u259050200 password:***
path: public_html

Hi,

FTP Host Name and Domain should be the same.

The following errors were found :

Could not login with specified FTP details

i can login with same details in filezilla , why m getting this error

please need a fix , need help from admins

Hello, i also have the same problem with ftp.
my ftp is from websitepanel and couldn't add domain on softaculous remote. Please advise.
