I tried this morning to access my webuzo panel on my dedicated server, but got an error ....
I am unable to access with SSH because I turned it off within webuzo panel before. all we sites are still accessible. I can access via FTP but not SFTP. Hope someone can help, I dont really want to reinstall the server again ----------------------- Buildz Hosting |

Usually in the provider panel you should have an hard reset and reboot option without the use of SSH. You can use this in emergency.

Please ask to your host. Can be the first hard reboot but I do not know if this will cause or not issue.
Hard reboot is a emergency reboot is like when you turn off power to your PC. I done in my server sometime in emergency case. Anyway you can ask to your provider, all actions are under your responsibility. ----------------------- PeopleInside

you can try hard reboot but i do not take any responsibility.

I cant even get a backup of the sites or databases, so if I reboot and I lose everything I'm lost

So I just went to my webuzo panel and its working again, not sure why? because I didnt do nothing!
Oh well best to make a full backup to be safe
