Hello!

help please :) My interface name is eno1, configured correctly in slave settings, and my /etc/network/interfaces config matches the set up specified by hetzner. What could I possibly be doing wrong?

etc/network/interfaces

Code
# interfaces(5) file used by ifup(8) and ifdown(8)
# Include files from /etc/network/interfaces.d:
source-directory /etc/network/interfaces.d
address 0.0.0.0
netmask 255.255.255.192
gateway xxx.xxx.80.193

VPS Create error

Code
There was an error while starting the new VPS
setlocale: No such file or directory error: Failed to create domain from /etc/libvirt/qemu/v1001.xml error: Cannot get interface MTU on 'viifbr0': No such device

I think this is the problem

Code
Sep 14 19:36:59 Ubuntu-1804-bionic-64-minimal virtnetwork[1199]: Error: No ip address found.

because of this, virtnetwork fails to start properly and then the vps create process cannot locate the bridge.

How can I fix this error?

Poor support here.

I ended up resolving this myself over the course of 3 days awaiting a reply.

Hi,

You could have tried checking their docs.
They also have an faq page for virtnetwork.
