Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	Not able to upgrade Prestashop using Softaculous on A2hosting. Does anyone have the same problem and know how to upgrade. There is an issue that Prestashop 1-click upgrade does not work, as it comes back with an error "Error Unable to check md5 files" The only way to get to the new release is by doing a new installation. If no suggestions, I think I should it as a bug. As I specuially bought hosting to make my life easier using Softaculous.

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5647 Status:	Hi, PrestaShop supports upgrade only using their 1-click upgrade utility. It does not support any other manual upgrade utility hence it is not possible to add auto upgrade in Softaculous.
