Topic : How many KVM VPS I will able to create?

Hello,
My Server's Spec is:Intel Xeon E3-1240V3
- 4 Cores 8 Threads
- 32 GB RAM
- 1TB HDD
How many VPS I will able to create with the spec of server? RAM, HDD is no issue. But I am in confusion about CPU Core. Can I able to create 5 VPS with 2 Core, 4 Core, 4 Core, 6 Core and 8 Core CPUs? This is just an example. I have seen CPU usage limit on Virtualizor, If I allow 2 CPU and limit it to 50% usage can I able to done with creating a few KVM servers?
Waiting for everyone's comment. Please help me regarding this,

Hi,

Cpu over-commit is possible.
So you can 5 create vps with 4 cores to each of them.
