 Ampps Database Error, Move site from one Ampps Dev Environment to Another (1 Replies, Read 2147 times)

Hi I'm having some issues with setting up a site on Ampps. I moved the site from my IMAC to my Macbook pro so i can work on the site while traveling and i get an error that says: Error establishing a database connection. None of the the credentials changed in wp config and i still have the same database and directory name so i don't understand why I'm receiving the "Error Establishing a Database Connection" message. Can someone help me. Thanks!

Yes but you used softwaculous auto-installer on both sides and softaculous generated a RANDOM password for the database in wp-config and this password is NOT the same on both sides.

I just haved this exact issue 5 seconds ago.
