The following errors occured : The IP address(s) - xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - are already assigned to a Free / Premium Softaculous License.


I have this problem and I need help to reactivate my license as I change to a new server so I try to change the license IP via client area it give me this error.

I'm having the same problem. I've been without the Premium Version since 04/06/2010 now.

I have sent many e-mails and have not had a reply to any of them.

The Softaculous software is great. You definitely need to sort the the licensing issues out though.
