Topic : VPS (KVM) problem with disk space.

Posted By: comeback on December 3, 2013, 5:27 pm
Hello,

I speak french, sorry for my bad english.

I ordered a VPS (KVM) with a hard drive of 500 GB.

I Install CentOS 6.4, 64 bit, and webuzzo.

Webuzzo sees only 49.2 GB, yet I have a hard disk of 500 GB.

If I do:

Code
df-h

I have this result:

Code
Filesystem                  Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/vg_hd1-lv_root  50G  4.2G  43G  9% /
tmpfs                      245M    0  245M  0% /dev/shm
/dev/vda1                  485M  56M  404M  13% /boot
/dev/mapper/vg_hd1-lv_home  442G  199M  419G  1% /home

Can you help me?

thank you

You mean Webuzo cannot access the 440+ GB /home mounted partition?

Tried installing some apps to the public_html under your user's home?

Created the single new user, surely?

Sir Webuzo display the usage and availability of on the Primary partition.

In your case :
Filesystem                  Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/vg_hd1-lv_root  50G  4.2G  43G  9% /

The above partition is considered.

Hello,

I know that.

But the files are in / dev/mapper/vg_hd1-lv_home.

I need to see the space used in this drive.

What is the solution?

Sir we shall make a provision to list all of the partitions and space utilized.

For now you will have to manually check it through the command line.
Apology for the inconvenience.
