They added upgrade for 2.2.3 and then 2.2.4 was released within a couple of days, hence we were about to add the upgrade for 2.2.3 and 2.2.4 was released hence we had to provide 2.2.4. Softaculous is designed to allow upgrade to the latest version we offer. However the upgrade utility for Zurmo is available only upto 2.5.3 and as per Softaculous structure we can provide upgrade only to the latest version provided by Softaculous which is 2.5.6 We discussed this with the Zurmo team and they said the next upgrade utility will be available to 2.6 or 3.0 We are working on another possibility and trying to provide update to 2.5.3 and will try to add it asap. That said, the user IS set up however, I've no idea what privvys this user has. The super user comes by default with the installation. Did you delete it from Zurmo admin panel ?
