Topic : Error When Archiving Big Files Using eXtplorer

I try to make archive file (zip) using eXtplorer, it just running a few second an then got an error



Anyone can help, please.

What is the size of the files that you are trying to archive ?

It's entire folder about 1 GB of files.

Hi,

Change the memory limit to -1 and execution time to 0 in
/usr/local/emps/etc/php.ini

Then restart webuzo service.

Hi,
  Please make the below changes to the php.ini file

/usr/local/emps/etc/php.ini

upload_max_filesize
post_max_size

make the above 1.5 GB and check .

Make sure you restart the webuzo service for the changes to take effect.

If the issue still persists, the nginx config will have to be tweaked.
