Hello,

I trying to add VPS for one of our customer at YouStable, but I don't know why we are getting error that "The primary storage could not be found" even I have added primary storage

I am not sure is it related to KVM which I have installed on this server or doesn't relate to that?

You added storage for openVZ. That can´t be used for KVM.
In OpenVZ you use one folder / partition mounted to /vz which has the whole capacity of your storage. In KVM virtualizor uses logical volumes.
