Hi,

I created a vps and it said,
"There was an error in setting the Root Password of the new VPS"
and it created a vps. When it tried to start that vps it said,

the vps failed to start,
"error: Failed to create domain from /etc/libvirt/qemu/v1001.xml
error: Failed to open file '/dev/md3/v1001-yr8uueremavauoy1.raw': Not a director"

how to fix it?

Can you please check if the template is downloaded completely.
It can be a template issue.
If you still face this issue, then please open a support ticket so that we can look into it.

Hi,

It seems that you have added incorrect storage on the virtualizor panel.
"/dev/md3" is a Device and not a file.

If you want to add file based storage you will need to create a VG with /dev/md3 and mount it on the directory you would like to create VPSs in and if you want to use LVM based storage then simply add the VG in virtualizor panel.

You can follow our guide to add the storage on  virtualizor panel.

http://virtualizor.com/wiki/Add_New_Storage

If you still have any queries please do not hesitate to ask.
