I want to have a support ticketing software for my site can any one suggest me one that is available by sotaculous?

i will go through one by one, just thought maybe i will have one recomended. you know these scripts also, but anyway i will go through the reviews as suggested thank @tidus

i don't know if this has been reported or if i am the first to report it. The customer support script of maiam install great but the admin url doesn't work. at first i thought it was my installation that was wrong but i did uninstalled the script of-course using softaculous but i still cant access the admin side through the url that softaculous gives me. any idea? i really like to fix this.

Hi,

Sir exactly what error are you getting ?
If it is not working with the manual instal as well as through Softaculous it could be due to some disabled extension in your PHP.

thought of giving up i installed it through sotaculous http://support.50r.co.za works but i cant get to the admin area this is how i access it using the installation email that i receive after installation. http://support.50r.co.za/admin
that doesnt work help please this is getting on my nerves now.

Hi,

It seems to be an issue with the .htaccess in the root of your site.
Can you please open a support ticket with the FTP details. We will check it and resolve it.
