Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	HI, Your license (xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx) is not active or it has expired. If your license has expired, please renew it to continue using this Software. Refresh License I have tried to refresh the license but doesn't work. On my WHM panel it says my IP is: 198.50.158.159 But on the address bar it says IP is: 192.99.148.126 Which one is right? and can you update the license for me please Regards Edited by Moderator : July 12, 2019, 10:48 am

Please access Softaculous admin panel via WHM and click on refresh license. Also the license needs to be associated with primary IP of your server only. You can raise a support ticket with us so that you can share more details to us which shall help us in resolving this faster for you. In your case it seems 162.241.107.64 is the public IP.
