Topic : WHMCS - VNC - Failed to connect to server

Hello,

As in the subject, how could I fix the issue? I can start/stop the VPS but when I click on the VNC icon and select "Launch HTML 5 VNC Client", the noVNC window opens and after a while, it says "Failed to connect to server".

When I click on the noVNC icon directly from Virtualizor it works without problem. How can I fix/debug the issue?

mostly it is because the virtualizor server does not have valid ssl ..
pelase run letsencrypt from virtulaizor panel then see the result

Hi,

If you are using SSL on WHMCS panel then you will need to have SSL for Virtualizor Domain for your server as well.
Also make sure you have set correct domain name for Virtualizor server added on WHMCS panel.
