I want to use standard plan and domain forwarding plan on same node.
So admin can control domain forward directly without permission for end user to edit domain forwarding port.

Or hidden it base of plan.
This good for server which have client with shared IP and client with dedicated IP on same node.

admin still can use domain forwarding although hidden it for end user.
