Topic : Open Service Box Link in New Tab/Window?

In the current version of SitePad, I can now link an entire service box to an internal or external URL... But there does not appear to be a method to make this occur in a new tab or a new window.
Is there a way I can force (entire service box) links to open in a new tab/window, instead of the current tab/window?
