Topic : Ampps Home failed to display. show blank page

After instlling the ampps and changing to Php 7, I clicked the Home button and got a blank page.

I switched off my laptop and tried to reinstall and started ampps, but it says

Apache Port80 is being used by another application.

Please help me resolve these two issues.

After changin to php 7 try this:

AMPPS Control Panel --> Apache --> Restore default confoguration
AMPPS Control Panel --> PHP --> Restore default confoguration

>> Apache Port80 is being used by another application.
