How to fix Webuzo Not Found - 500 Internal Server Error?

I used Apache for the previous web server and it's always error database and when I change the web server with Nginx it can fix the error database but now it face another problem, it's always Webuzo Not Found - 500 Internal Server Error. I must always restart the web server from the Panel - service to fix it. How to solve this problem?

You have to be sure that your server is clean when you install Webuzo as explained here:
http://www.webuzo.com/wiki/Install

Note : There should be no PHP, Apache, MySQL installed on the server

If your server was compiled with some software maybe you have issue with Webuzo for that reason.

Yes i know, and I also use the webuzo with license. So there is no PHP, Apache, or MySQL installed on the server before.

If you are a Premium user please open a support ticket here:
https://www.softaculous.com/support/ with maybe data to access to your server.
I suppose that your issue will be fixed on the next week.

If you are a free user you need wait a reply here in the forum.

Are you sure to have enough server disk space?
For now no reply from the Webuzo Team but they are now informed about this topic. I alerted them so if you are a free user a Webuzo Team member will reply to you as soon as possibile.

If you are a Premium user I suggest to open a ticket.
If your server disk space if full maybe you have found why you have issue with Webuzo.
