Topic : Can't see Control Panel in Windows 10

Hi I just got a new WIndows 10 computer last week and installed AMPPS. The task manager shows that AMPPS is running, including Apache and MySQL, and I can see the AMPPS ic onin the notification menu and the taskbar. When I hover over the icon in the taskbar it shows an image of the control panel, but I cannot actually get the control panel window to be displayed.

Any ideas?

I have a similar problem. I Can't see Control Panel in Windows 7. When I click on the application to start it, the system says that AMPPS is already running. When I start the task manager, I can't see it in there as "running". But.... sometimes I'll see it on the task bar. I've tried to "uninstall" it with the hope of being able to re-install it. Alas, the system won't allow me to "uninstall" it because it says that it is "running". Again, the task manager doesn't show it as running.....

Hi,

Open command prompt and run following commands.

TASKKILL /F /IM httpd.exe
TASKKILL /F /IM mysqld.exe
TASKKILL /F /IM php.exe

Now start AMPPS Control Panel.
