Site not loading on SSL, Checked box to create SSL entry, but not working (2 Replies, Read 4754 times)

Windows 8.1 AMPPS version 3.0 On the Add New Domain page, I... - entered domain name test.dev - checked box for Is Domain Addon or Parked? - entered c:/dev/test/html into Domain Path field - checked box for Add an SSL entry ? - unchecked box for Add an entry to Host File ? (I added manually) - clicked Add Domain Browsing to test.dev loads the page Browsing to test.dev throws ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED SSL entry IS being added to httpd-vhosts.conf Apache error log has following line, I believe may be related: [Wed Mar 11 19:22:49.916613 2015] [ssl:warn] [pid 4508:tid 520] AH01873: Init: Session Cache is not configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]
